The Sumatra Camera Trap Project store payments are processed via Etsy & Paypal, & fulfilled by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, LippyArt, &/or selected print providers. All items - whether fulfilled by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, LippyArt, &/or selected print providers - are ALL designed by LippyArt herself, by mouth. LippyArt & selected print providers always check items to ensure high quality, and try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. • For items fulfilled by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt: Always allow 14 working days for UK delivery. You may be asked to sign for your parcel upon delivery, & in some cases, customs charges may apply. Please note that certain items are produced per-order; for this reason, please allow at least 20 working days for delivery. If the delivery is to be sent outside of the UK, your item may take longer to arrive. • For items fulfilled by selected print providers: Items are created per-order, and On average, items arrive within 14 working days; however, please allow up to 30 days. You may be asked to sign for your parcel upon delivery, & in some cases, customs charges may apply. • The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, LippyArt, & selected print providers are not in control of - nor financially responsible for - Customs charges (or any other fees). If you wish to receive your item, it is your responsibility to pay all fees incurred. Failure to pay may result in your parcel being withheld or returned to sender. Please note that, whilst The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt tries their best to reduce packaging, some items may arrive separately; this is primarily to ensure everything arrives undamaged and that quality is to the best possible standard.


The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact The Sumatra Camera Trap Project or LippyArt, and return it (at personal cost) within 14 days of receipt. If the item can be easily replaced (e.g. by reprinting), it will be and returned to you at no extra cost. If the item cannot be replaced, you will be refunded. For obvious reasons, an original creation (e.g. original artwork, sculpture, personal commission, etc) which is damaged beyond repair cannot be replaced; in this case, the cost of the item will be refunded. Refunds cannot be sent until the item in question has been received by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, LippyArt, or other suppliers (as instructed); consequently, The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt strongly encourages you to email (with photos) and return your item via a trackable / recorded method, to ensure its arrival.


The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt attempts to describe all products offered as accurately as possible. However, they do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project or LippyArt, and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement or refund.


The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and LippyArt are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.


All purchased and/or donated works (including artworks, photography, commissions, and other items) created by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project or Leanne Beetham (AKA. “LippyArt”) are for personal use only. Purchasing anything from The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, Leanne “LippyArt” Beetham, or other representatives DOES NOT entitle the customer or other individuals to reproduce or transmit works, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, or otherwise), without the prior written permission of The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and/or LippyArt. Leanne “LippyArt” Beetham reserves the right to use copies of any commissions (including those donated free of charge) for her own portfolio and/or publicity purposes.


If you purchase a creation from The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, LippyArt, or their representatives whilst the piece is on exhibition, the artist reserves the right to continue exhibiting the piece until the end date of the exhibition (unless otherwise stated / negotiated). Once the exhibition has concluded, LippyArt, The Sumatra Camera Trap Project, or one of their representatives will arrange either a date and time for you to collect your purchase, or have it delivered (for an additional fee). All creations must receive a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to reserve the piece during its time on exhibition. 


If you agree to purchase a creation by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and/or LippyArt, the item will not be shipped until the full payment is received. The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and/or LippyArt can decline any sales, offers, and services, and is not obliged to give a reason. 


The offers by The Sumatra Camera Trap Project and/or LippyArt, your orders, and the agreements between The Sumatra Camera Trap Project / LippyArt for the delivery of their services and products are subject to the Laws of England and Wales.
